Kenneth Kisia

Managing Director | Ledgestone Construction

Kenneth Kisia is the Managing Director and founder of Ledgestone Construction, bringing over 13 years of systems-level expertise in Information Technology and Software Engineering to the built environment. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, majoring in Software Engineering from KCA University, providing him with a strong technical foundation in systems architecture, software development, and algorithmic problem-solving. His career began in the digital realm before pivoting in 2016 to pursue his passion for spatial design and development. Today, he applies that same precision, logic, and risk-management acumen to every construction project.

Kenneth’s greatest strength lies in orchestrating high-performance teams. He is supported by a formidable panel of built-environment professionals—including Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Physical Planners, QA/QC specialists, Land Surveyors, Foremen, and seasoned Craftsmen—many with decades of hands-on experience.

A certified Project Management professional and currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Construction Management at the University of Nairobi, Kenneth provides strategic oversight across all projects. He holds ultimate responsibility for balancing schedules, budgets, and quality standards—ensuring that no element is ever sacrificed for another.

Eric Ndolo

Civil Engineer | Project Lead

Eng. Ndolo is a Civil Engineer and Project Lead at Ledgestone Construction, bringing extensive experience in construction supervision, structural works, surveying, quantity estimation, and project leadership. He holds his academic qualifications in Civil Engineering from Machakos University, providing him with a strong technical foundation in engineering principles, structural analysis, and construction science.

Eric oversees the full project lifecycle—from planning and mobilization to execution and handover—ensuring every build is delivered on time, within budget, and to uncompromising quality standards. He is responsible for project scheduling and on-time delivery, developing and enforcing project timelines, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring every milestone is achieved without compromising safety, quality, or cost.

He works closely with our Architects, Quantity Surveyors, and QA/QC specialists to ensure seamless integration across all disciplines. His technical proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering drawings enables precise execution of foundations, superstructures, and civil infrastructure. His proactive risk management and problem-solving keep projects on track and stakeholders confident.

Beyond his technical expertise, Eric is a natural leader who inspires excellence in the teams he manages. His commitment to professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement has made him a trusted and respected figure on every site he oversees.

Phelix Otieno K

Quality Assurance & Quality Control Specialist

Phelix Otieno K. is a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Specialist at Ledgestone Construction, with over 6 years of study and field experience since 2019. He holds a Diploma in Building Technology from Kenya Coastal National Polytechnic and a Higher Diploma in Building Technology from KSTEVET, equipping him with advanced technical knowledge in construction science, materials, and industry best practices.

Phelix is the guardian of quality on every Ledgestone project. He rigorously tests materials, inspects workmanship, and enforces strict compliance with approved drawings and specifications. His early detection of defects prevents costly rework, saving both time and money while preserving structural integrity.

Phelix works closely with our Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Site Foremen to maintain seamless quality integration across all disciplines. From foundation to final finishes, he ensures every deliverable reflects the durability, safety, and aesthetic excellence that Ledgestone clients expect.

Ms. Yvonne Nyamongo, CPA

Finance & Accounts Lead | CPA

Ms. Nyamongo is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the Finance & Accounts Lead at Ledgestone Construction, bringing over a decade of experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance from Multimedia University of Kenya, providing her with a strong academic foundation in financial theory, corporate finance, and strategic planning.

Ms. Nyamongo is responsible for budget adherence and cost control across all projects. She tracks expenditures, prevents cost overruns, and provides real-time financial insights that enable informed decision-making. Her collaboration with Quantity Surveyors ensures that cost estimation and procurement align seamlessly with project execution.

Ms.Nyamongo oversees budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Her commitment to transparency, accuracy, and accountability gives our clients confidence that their investment is in trusted hands—delivering not just structural excellence, but financial integrity.
